Aram Nerpouni

CEO

As the President and Chief Executive Officer of BioEnterprise, Aram Nerpouni leads industry changing initiatives, in collaboration with public and private entities, to grow the bioscience industry in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Prior to his current role, Aram functioned as BioEnterprise’s vice president of strategic development.

 

Aram Nerpouni brings strong international perspective to BioEnterprise, having spent more than 10 years helping U.S. companies develop sales, marketing and distribution strategies in emerging European, Asian and Latin American markets.

 

Aram received his M.B.A. from Case Weatherhead School of Management and a B.S. in biology from Stanford University. He serves on the Boards of the Great Lakes Science Center, Cleveland School of Science and Medicine, and Child Guidance and Family Solutions.      |   | 

Kim Berger

CFO

Kim directs all financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting and audit functions for BioEnterprise. She also oversees administrative operations, including human resources, information technology and incubator facility and tenants. Previously, Kim was director of finance at Senior Transportation Connection, a non-profit organization coordinating senior transportation services in Cuyahoga County. She is a Certified Public Accountant, earning a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Akron, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.      |   | 

Laura Adiletta

Manager, Marketing & Communications

Laura manages the digital, content and social media marketing operations of BioEnterprise and the Global Center for Health Innovation. She has more than 12 years of experience in business communications and digital marketing and is an entrepreneur and co-founder of an agricultural technology startup, Farm Fare. Prior to these roles, Laura worked as a writer and editor of food, business and public health-related media with organizations including Cleveland Magazine, Edible Cleveland, Crain’s Cleveland Business, Inside Business and the Inter-American Development Bank. Laura holds a B.A. in English and International Studies from Case Western Reserve University.      |   | 

Tyler Allchin

Director, Expansion & Attraction

Tyler assists established biomedical companies that are rapidly growing in, or relocating to, Northeast Ohio by developing financial incentives, aiding in real estate selection, and introducing clinical and supply chain resources. Previously, Tyler was general counsel and director of marketing at Infinite Arthroscopy. He has also served as government affairs counsel at G2G Consulting. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Kent State University and a J.D./ M.P.A. from The University of Akron.      |   |
